Terms & Regulations
Please read these terms & regulations carefully before proceed to register.
This competition is open to all.
Participation is allowed individually or in groups (maximum FOUR (4) people per group including Project Leader and can include additional members up to 15 members in total per group)
The competition will consist of THREE (3) categories which are:
- Tertiary Institution
- Vocational College
- Open Category
The ideas, projects, or product suggestions should SHOULD BE improved in any previous competition.
The competition will hold in VIRTUALLY which does not involve any physical exhibition during the competition period. The evaluation will conducted online by the appointed panel of evaluators.
Each entry will charge for a fee as per the following details:
- RM 239 / USD 70 per group (Maximum 4 participants)
- RM 55 / USD 15 for the additional particippant (if any)
The entry fee can be made via online payment through participant's portal.
Secretariat has the right to make amendments at any time or part of these conditions without referring to the participant.
Each entry is COMPULSORY to send the competition materials as follows:
- Digital Poster (format: JPEG / JPG/ PNG)
- Digital Slide (format: PPT / Powerpoint/ PDF)
- Video (Link: Youtube / Google Drive)
- The cost of preparing the competition materials is under the RESPONSIBILITY of the OWN PARTICIPANT.
These documents need to be uploaded/submitted via portal.
The competition will be judged by a panel of evaluators who specialize in the field considered according to the categories and clusters provided, and the referee's decision is final. Any objection on the panel's decision will not entertain.

The closing date for submission of entry forms and competition materials is on 10th June 2023.
The tentative summary of the competition is as follows:
- Registration : 1st Feb 2023 to 10th June 2023
- Evaluation : 11th until 15th June 2023
- Announcement Selected Best Award Category (Top 3) : 16th June 2023
- Award Announcement : 26th June 2023
Results will announce on 16th June 2023 and publish in IAM2023 website.
